Let's give them a little credit.
Yes, you can like your balls
If you have noticeably large testicles and you like the way your body looks, there is no prize for pretending otherwise. Bodies have proportions. Some men like having bigger thighs, broad hands, a hairy chest, or a more prominent scrotum. Appreciating what you've got doesn't mean looking down on anyone else.
A little big-ball swagger is fine. The moment you start insisting it proves you're stronger, braver, or more masculine, you've left confidence and entered folklore.
The science is less theatrical
Clinical practitioners sometimes estimate testicular volume using an orchidometer. The Endocrine Society describes 15–25 mL per testicle as a typical adult range for its instrument. Volume assessment methods differ, and you can't precisely estimate it by looking in the mirror.
You may have heard that larger balls automatically mean sky-high testosterone, extraordinary fertility, or increased sexual performance. None of those guarantees follows from anatomy alone. Hormones, fertility, and reproductive health require appropriate tests when there's a medical concern.
We would also avoid assigning a precise correlation between testicle size and penis length unless a directly applicable, verifiable study supplies it. An attractive infographic is not a substitute for evidence.
The clothes problem is real enough
Supportive underwear, the right athletic cup, and comfort during exercise matter more than trying to win a theoretical volume championship. Finding underwear that doesn't crush, rub, or overheat you is a perfectly respectable adult project.
For contact sports, protective gear is genuinely useful. For daily comfort, try different pouch shapes and support levels instead of assuming every brand is built for every anatomy.
Know what's normal for you
A gradual sense of your usual size and shape can help you recognize changes. A new lump or unexpected swelling deserves clinical evaluation; sudden severe pain is an emergency. Being proud of your anatomy and paying attention to your health are not competing ideas.
One last thing
If nature gave you an unusually prominent package, you're allowed to enjoy the joke. But no one earned his testicles in a tournament. You can be delighted about what you got without presenting everyone else an invoice for losing.
