She asks:
“How big are you?”
You know approximately how big you are.
Then an extraordinary psychological event occurs where 5.7 begins to feel spiritually closer to 7.
Do not do this to yourself.
You are allowed not to answer
It is your body.
You can say:
That is a complete answer.
If you answer, use the real number
Professionally measured data place average adult erect length around 13.1 cm, or 5.16 inches, in the well-known Veale systematic review.
Internet claims skew larger partly because self-reporting, selection, and measurement methods are messy.
Adding an imaginary inch does not change what happens when clothes come off.
Do not send “proof” unless it is clearly wanted and appropriate
A measurement question is not automatic consent to receive a sexual image.
If you are texting with another consenting adult, sexual escalation still requires mutual comfort.
Ask what she means if the question matters
Maybe she is flirting.
Maybe she is curious.
Maybe she has had painful experiences with larger partners.
Maybe she genuinely has a preference.
Do not write the entire story yourself.
If she does have a preference, you still do not need to audition
People have preferences.
That does not make your body incorrect.
If somebody requires an anatomical characteristic you do not have, that is incompatibility, not a failed exam.
Measure correctly if you actually want the number
Use a rigid ruler along the top side of the erect penis and measure from the pubic bone to the tip, pressing through the fat pad to the bone for the standard bone-pressed length used in much clinical research.
Do not stretch the ruler diagonally, measure from underneath, or round 6.1 to 7 because optimism is free.
The bottom line
The least awkward number is the true number, followed closely by “I’d rather keep that private.”

Use numbers for what numbers can answer
The calculator can tell you where a measurement falls in clinician-measured adult data. It cannot measure consent, communication, chemistry, confidence, kindness, or whether you are easy to be honest with.
