The comment sounds like a compliment:
“Bro, if I had what you have, I’d be using it every night.”
But underneath it is a strange assumption: that a physical trait considered desirable should determine the life you live.
He is describing his fantasy, not your responsibility
Maybe your friend imagines a big penis automatically creates confidence, attention and endless sex. So if you are single, selective, shy or monogamous, he sees unused potential.
That is his story.
Your actual life contains personality, standards, attraction, relationships, anxiety, logistics and the inconvenient fact that other people get to decide whether they want sex too.
Size is not a dating strategy
A penis cannot start conversations, build trust, recognize mutual interest or make another person like you. It may matter to some partners once intimacy exists. It does not perform the social work required to get there.
Being selective is not wasting anything
You can want one partner. You can turn people down. You can go months without sex. You can be nervous about hookups. None of that means you are failing to capitalize on your genetics.
You do not need to maximize utilization of every trait other people envy.
How to answer without defending your sex life
“I’ll alert management that you’re unhappy with utilization rates.”
“That’s what you’d do. I’m good with my life.”
